Short Breaks Practitioners to provide 1-1 support for children and young people with disabilities helping them experience positive play and leisure activities within the local community.

Previous experience of working with children, preferably disabled children, is desirable. Working hours are flexible including evenings and weekends.

Qualified Nursery Practitioner

We are now in the process of recruiting a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Meganursery in Sheffield. At the present time we can offer 24 hours per week, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. (Additional hours will be available as numbers of children attending increases).
You should have a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (or above) for this role.
A full job spec will be provided on request. Briefly, as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner you will be expected to:
• Work as part of our team to deliver excellent care whilst providing a safe, fun and progressive learning and development environment to children aged between three months and five years of age.
• You will need to demonstrate your commitment to children at all times taking into consideration their wellbeing, safeguarding and development.
• You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as actively participate with the wider nursery team.
All successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
