Database and Research Administrator

Angsana is a new business development agency specialising in the creative and marketing services space. Our clients are typically branding, PR, advertising, design and digital
agencies.

We help our clients to clearly define their new business proposition and proactively seek new opportunities using outbound marketing and telemarketing techniques setting up meetings with the right people within qualified prospect companies.

Job Role:

Due to expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Database and Research Administrator to join our creative, friendly office. Established 7 years ago, we have built an enviable reputation in the industry and our clients range from global network agencies to owner-managed businesses.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring, imputing and maintaining data in the CRM system
• Scanning the press and researching industry leads and movements
• Sourcing new contacts and entering them into CRM and appropriate programmes
• Aiding with new client kick offs and compiling target lists
• Helping with SEO when required

Skills required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on Excel
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently
• The ability to hit deadlines

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have 2 years in a similar role. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

Salary:
£18,000 to £20,000

Junior Administrator

New Mortgage Solutions are looking for an office based Administrator for a busy Financial Services office in Chislehurst, Kent.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day administration duties such as answering the phones and liaising with clients (this will also involve booking meeting for the mortgage advisors), answering the door to clients, making tea and coffee for clients, running errands for the office, ensuring the post is taken daily, scanning and shredding documents and the general upkeep and tidiness of the office.
There will be full training involved so that the candidate can assist in the progression of a clients mortgage and/or life policy which will involve calling lenders, faxing and posting documents to relevant parties and making sure things are in place for the lender/provider to produce a mortgage/offer insurance to a client.
The candidate will also learn how to use our data protection system ‘Horizon’ which documents all the business we do here and allows us to send letters out to the clients to clarify the advice that has been given. Again full training will be given.
The position is for a full time role, Monday to Friday, hours of 9am to 5pm with 20 days holiday.
