We are looking for a Premises Coordinator to help with the management of Woburn House and delivery of services to tenants.

You will carry out first line fixes when there are maintenance issues, coordinate with contractors on site, mid-day janitor rounds of the rest room facilities and common areas topping up supplies and spot cleaning, porter duties including furniture moves and setting up meeting rooms and supporting other team members across the Operations Group.

Following training if required you will carry out routine testing, include portable appliance testing and keep full records. Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked previously in a customer focussed role, is flexible, a good deal player and is willing to learn.

There will be a requirement for administration and record keeping as part of this role.
