Job Title: Head of Education, Training & Visitor Engagement
Function: Management of Wildwood’s Education, Training and Visitor Engagement
Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 + pension & other benefits

Wildwood Trust is a charity dedicated to rewilding Britain and running the unique Wildwood Discovery Park.

We are looking for someone to lead our exceptional team of wildlife educators. This job needs proven experience in organising education and training activities with a deep understanding of ecology and British wildlife. The person must have exceptional enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire people about the charitable objectives of the Wildwood Trust. Specific tasks include:

  • Designing and delivering targeted education programmes to schools focusing on the National Curriculum and specialist exam board needs;
  • Providing an inspirational talk and activities programme to delight and inform visitors;
  • Developing our training programme for students, researchers and conservation professionals with a view to promoting wildlife conservation and rewilding skills.

This exciting position will be a key role within the organisation and will be part of the senior management team.
