Job Role:

Due to expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Database and Research Administrator to join our creative, friendly office. Established 7 years ago, we have built an enviable reputation in the industry and our clients range from global network agencies to owner-managed businesses.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring, imputing and maintaining data in the CRM system
• Scanning the press and researching industry leads and movements
• Sourcing new contacts and entering them into CRM and appropriate programmes
• Aiding with new client kick offs and compiling target lists
• Helping with SEO when required

Skills required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on Excel
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently
• The ability to hit deadlines


The ideal candidate should have 2 years in a similar role. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

£18,000 to £20,000
