Salary: Basic GBP14,000 per Annum (Commensurate with Experience) + Commission OTE GBP30,000 – GBP35,000 per Annum

We are seeking a Manager to work with the General Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of our stock of Host Families in London who offer rooms in their homes to visiting students and young people alike.

The ideal candidate should ideally be educated to degree standard and have good English Language skills (both written and verbal). You must be able to work under pressure, be very well organised and have good people skills.

Your tasks will also include handling applications from new families, arranging visits by our team of host family inspectors, managing the inspectors and being responsible for arranging all follow up and cyclical inspection visits and handling the resultant reports.
