Receptionist/Admin Support

Job Role:

Due to expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Database and Research Administrator to join our creative, friendly office. Established 7 years ago, we have built an enviable reputation in the industry and our clients range from global network agencies to owner-managed businesses.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring, imputing and maintaining data in the CRM system
• Scanning the press and researching industry leads and movements
• Sourcing new contacts and entering them into CRM and appropriate programmes
• Aiding with new client kick offs and compiling target lists
• Helping with SEO when required

Skills required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a particular emphasis on Excel
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently
• The ability to hit deadlines


The ideal candidate should have 2 years in a similar role. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

Executive Assistant

Morgan Hunt are working with a Children’s Charity in Central London who are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the position will be to deliver customer care to internal and external stakeholders alongside supporting one of the Directors including: proactive diary management; handling telephone enquiries; organising internal and external meetings

Main Responsibilities
- To identify possible administrative requirements by keeping the Director informed of developments and forthcoming activities within their remit.
- To organise and maintain the Director’s diary to ensure optimum effective and efficient use of their time.
- To ensure that travel and accommodation arrangements are made as required
- To undertake specific projects as requested by the Director including producing a range of documents using formats such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- To provide a professional and helpful enquiries service by handling telephone calls from internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- To develop, maintain, oversee and review an efficient and effective record keeping system, including current and archived files and files of a confidential nature, using appropriate paper and electronic systems.
- To plan and arrange a range of meetings, teleconferences, seminars and conferences, both internally and externally, including drafting agendas, taking minutes of meetings and making sure that all venues and refreshments and other required arrangements are booked.
- To collate and format documents, plans and presentation materials, including preparing PowerPoint presentations
- To process invoices, purchase orders and expenses for the Director
- To maintain and complete accurate leave and sickness absence records for the division in accordance with HR procedures
- To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required, including working irregular hours

Personal Specification
- Highly developed interpersonal, customer service and verbal communication skills to deal effectively, efficiently and appropriately with internal and external stakeholders and the public.
- Developed ability to write in a clear and understandable way to internal and external stakeholders and the public.
- Ability to collect data from various sources, analyse findings and present them clearly in a way that meets desired outcomes.
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
- At least two years experience of success as an executive assistant, personal assistant or senior administrator in a customer focused environment.
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Temporary Database Executive

Database Executive (Temporary)

Our client a cancer charity based in London are seeking an experienced Database Executive to assist on a 2-3 month period with potential for a permanent post thereafter.

The Database Marketing Manager requires technical database support to deal with a backlog of data and system management tasks with minimal training and supervision. The postholder should also be able to implement system enhancements and advise on future development.

Database System Administration
*Data imports – process a backlog of data imports from suppliers and other external sources.
*Establish systems for dealing with data imports from new and existing suppliers
*Carry out other system administration and configuration tasks as required – these could include:
-Set up and configuration of CARE data selection and reporting tools
-User account management
-User access controls
-Document templates
-System upgrade testing and implementation
-Advise on and implement system enhancements

Provide user support and training
*Support the Database Marketing Manager in dealing with day-to-day user queries and problems
*Conduct more formal training sessions to small groups or individual users

Provide general support for routine data administration tasks
This could include:
*setting up new codes and managing old codes
*identifying and merging duplicate entries

Run data selections and reports
*Assist the Database Marketing Manager in segmenting and selecting supporter data for marketing and other communications
*Assist in the export of data into external data selection tools
*Use SQL or other tools to deliver effective reporting
