This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join the Clinical Liaison team within Academic Services at the Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. Academic Services is responsible for providing a comprehensive academic administration across three Schools: the Medical School, Dental School and School of Biomedical & Healthcare Science. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organized individual with excellent attention to detail to take up the full time post of Assistant Administrator.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and confidential administration, working with academic and clinical staff on the scheduling of LSRC workshops and plenaries and liaising with internal and external providers who deliver these sessions. You will assist in the development of a customer focused, integrated, cost effective and progressive administration support service for the Faculty. Requirements for the role are set out in the job description.

The post will be based at the John Bull Building, although it will also involve significant time spent working with teams at Portland Square.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. This is a permanent position.
